Our Career Guidance and Mentorship Programme is designed to help learners map out career pathways, understand their options, and connect with mentors who can share valuable real-world insights. By doing this, we aim to empower youth not only to dream but to act with clarity and purpose.

Careers in science, technology, engineering, and health are in high demand, while traditional industries are changing due to automation and digital transformation. Many learners, however, are still unaware of the wide range of opportunities available to them.

One example comes from our partnership with Sefako Makgatho University. Many times, they have hosted career guidance sessions which featured alumni who came from the same communities as our learners. Seeing someone from a similar background now thriving in medicine and pharmacy gave learners real hope.
